    Modern Holiday Table Runners

    Jun 6, 2019

Modern Holiday Table Runners, 6 table runner patterns in one booklet

I meant to share this weeks ago...but today I'm finally getting around to sharing my pattern(s)  Modern Holiday Table Runners, with 6 table runner patterns in one 24 page booklet.

Most of these are similar versions to patterns or quilts I've made before, made into a table runner friendly size and jammed into one pattern.

My house is very neutral, so having a fun pop of color to swap out on the table for every Holiday/Season is my favorite thing!   It's little easy things like this that my kids notice and look forward to.

Table runners are high on the list of my favorite things to make because they are #1 small,  #2 fast, #3 cute, and #4 a sneaky way to display a miniature quilt on every table in the house without anyone noticing I'm a crazy quilt lady.

I loved making each of these runners, but these bats definitely won as my favorite.

My son Ryan requested big version of these...so watch for a bigger version of bats in the works.

I used these Blossom basics for almost all of the table runners (you can see them well in the tulips above and the bat background below).  There are a ton of colors and they are a GREAT price for a printed near solid.   I used the white, and this denim blue in my Chickens quilt too.

4th of July Stars is staying on my table until August...this one is my favorite color scheme with blue and red scraps.

The pattern can be found here as a PDF, or here as a Paper pattern.

Can you believe it's less than a month until 4th of July?!!?!!?!?!?!??!?!?!?!??!!

    Have a great weekend!

I seriously laughed out loud at this! This is such a cute pattern collection, and it would make a great gift for a beginner quilter too!

Your imagination is endless! These table runners are just adorable. I, too, am drawn to the 4th of July Stars as one of my favorites. Thank you so much for sharing your talents with us. I will definitely get your patterns before the sale is over.

I've been looking for some table runners to make with my daughters who are coming into town for a summertime visit. These patterns are the BEST!! I purchased the PDF and wondered if there's a trick to print them up into a booklet. I started doing it myself and could make the back-to-back work but I'm not sure how to make the booklet. I sent the file to my copy store to see if he can make it work. Any tips? Thanks and love to one of my favorite online quilting friends!!

        Hello Allison,

I have the same question as Elizabeth Warner. I purchased the digital copies and wanted to print them out in a booklet and make one of the bat squares as a gift at our quilt retreat. Thanks for your quick response. The retreat is next week and it's Halloween theme this year! Your darling pattern could not have come at a more perfect time!

Hi Jennifer! Check in your printer settings/pop up window, and under "page handling and sizing" there should be a "booklet" option. It sets it up as a booklet for you! I print straight to the edge, so if you are printing on a home printer it may scale the pattern down a bit, but it should work correctly. A commercial printer should be able to also since it's set up as a booklet. Or...you can just email me and I can send you a paper booklet in the mail and that's easier and I'm happy to send you one! ;) That is so fun!! I think I could get it to you by next week if I send it tomorrow! Email me! cluckclucksew@gmail.com
