Usually a pattern (including my own) will recommend drawing a pencil line from corner to corner on the wrong side, and sewing along the line.  Like this one:<\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/cluckclucksew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_53622.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/cluckclucksew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_53622.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n <\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\nBut since I\u2019m a hurried sewer and drawing little lines on 160 squares doesn\u2019t sound like super fun, this is what I do instead:<\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\nPlace a piece of tape so that edge is in line with the needle of your machine.  <\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/cluckclucksew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_53652.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/cluckclucksew.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/10\/IMG_53652.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n <\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\nWhen you are sewing on your squares, start in one corner, and keep the opposite corner on that tape edge to keep the seam line straight. <\/div>\n<div class=\"separator\" style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\">\n<a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-qILDXHjBLYQ\/VbaoiOBcOvI\/AAAAAAAANSE\/D8eTwrjDrgc\/s1600\/IMG_53722.jpg\" imageanchor=\"1\" style=\"margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-qILDXHjBLYQ\/VbaoiOBcOvI\/AAAAAAAANSE\/D8eTwrjDrgc\/s1600\/IMG_53722.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\n <\/div>\n<div align=\"center\">\nWhen your done you\u2019ll have a nice straight line from corner to corner, without having to draw gagillions of little pencil lines.
